Datacom Sydney HQ
When Maxton Fox was approached by Foredeck Constructions to tender for the 1,450SQM Datacom Head Office on Level 31 of 1 Denison Street, we jumped at the chance. Maxton Fox worked closely with Foredeck and Datacom at the earliest stages of the project to develop the design, and provide competitive budgeting advice across all items which we were able to deliver against.

About the project
Datacom, Australia’s largest homegrown technology company, operates a vast array of other facilities and services internationally. The focus for the Sydney HQ was very much geared to providing the best facility to enable the team to continue to deliver intelligent service solutions.
As one of the early adopters of the hybrid working model, Foredeck and Maxton Fox helped shape the design to deliver a hybrid model within the workplace. Maxton Fox manufactured and installed all joinery, furniture and particular workstations that allows for hybrid working. Collaboration and flexible spaces were also provided for an adaptable fit-out.
It was great for the Maxton Fox team to be back at 1 Denison Street, North Sydney. A development that the team was familiar with and had been involved in during the construction of the overall building.
We are very pleased with the outcome of Datacom’s workplace, and are particularly fond of the the striking blue features throughout.
